Now move loads up to (1.5/2) tonne with new advanced fully integrated AC Traction System (ACTS) equipped electric pallet truck.

The ACTS enables the operator to precisely and accurately position the machine to pick and place pallets.

Also, the programmable controller provides the appropriate torque to speed ratio to meet the demands of the application.

Superior control of motor enables 5% additional operating time in each charging cycle.

Welded to the chassis, the unique pull-rod system eliminates chances of damage and wear.

The fail-safe braking system, anti-pinning button, etc., ensure operator safety at every step of the operation.

APPLICATION:
The electric pallet truck stands out with maximum flexibility of application. The single battery option is a perfect solution for occasional and short-term usage (up to 4 hours a day). The configuration equipped with two power units is designed for companies which demand compact and reliable electric pallet truck for long-term application. The compact design of the F4 model, combined with the low weight (only 120 kg) and the solid drive system, make the F4 suitable for use in narrow aisles, on truck lifts, as well as in large-area warehouses.

LITHIUM-ION BATTERY:

In standard, the F4 is equipped with a one 20 Ah lithium-ion battery and external charger. The lithium-ion battery is maintenance-free and can be charged with a 230 V power supply. One battery allows for 4 hours of continuous operation. The software of BMS (Battery Management System) constantly monitors and manages the state of the power unit, which significantly extends battery lifetime. The standard configuration, the F4 model is also equipped with a spacious container, which can be used as a storage for documents or necessary equipment.

CONFIGURATION WITH AN ADDITIONAL BATTERY:

The F4 electric pallet truck, by having two battery slots, is prepared to use two power supplies. Two batteries of total 40 Ah capacity allow for 8-hour of continuous operation. In such a configuration the storage container is replaced with an additional battery slot. Both power units are charged via an external charger. The version with an additional battery allows you to maximize the operating time of the device, eliminating the need to stop the machine in a multi-shift mode.
