Selective pallet racking
HEFTY selective racking offers immediate access to every pallet via wide aisles, ideal for diverse SKUs and fast turnover.
Adjustable beams handle up to several tonnes per level with forklift compatibility.
Drive-in/drive-thru racking
HEFTY drive-in racks store pallets deep for high density (LIFO), while drive-thru enables FIFO for perishables.
Cuts aisles by 50%, perfect for bulk or cold storage.
Push-back racking
HEFTY push-back uses carts for 5–6 pallets deep with front access, balancing density and rotation.
Suits retail or parts with reach trucks.
Pallet flow racking
HEFTY flow racks use gravity rollers for FIFO in sloped lanes, minimizing handling for high-turnover goods.
Great for beverages or pharma.
Double-deep racking
HEFTY double-deep stores two pallets per bay for 40–50% more capacity, using specialized forklifts.
Efficient for stable inventory.

Slotted Angle Shelving: Quick-clip angle iron for 150–200 kg/shelf; economical for workshops and small parts.
Boltless Shelving: Tool-free rivet assembly, 250–500 kg/shelf; fast setup for spare parts and picking.
Long Span Shelving: Wide bays up to 2.5 m, 500–1000 kg/shelf; ideal for tools, tyres, bulk items.
Multi-Tier Shelving: 2–4 stacked levels with stairs; doubles/triples space for cartons in high ceilings.
Carton/Bin Live Storage: Gravity rollers for FIFO; reduces pick time in pharma/e-commerce.
Mobile Shelving: Rail-mounted carriages save 50% floor space; for archives/parts vaults.
Goods Lift (VRC): Inter-floor pallet transport; safe, efficient multi-level handling.
Pick-to-Light: LED/scanner guidance boosts fulfilment by 50–70%; high-volume accuracy.

HEFTY cantilever racking is engineered for long, bulky, or non-palletised items such as pipes, tubes, lumber, steel sections, boards, and furniture components.
The system uses vertical columns with cantilever arms projecting out, leaving the front completely open for unobstructed loading by forklift, side-loader, crane, or even manual handling.
Single-sided and double-sided configurations, adjustable arm heights, and a wide range of arm/load capacities make the system highly flexible for light, medium, and heavy-duty applications.
Racks can be installed indoors with painted or powder-coated finish, or outdoors with galvanized structures, ensuring long service life in demanding environments.
Depending on design, cantilever systems can support loads from a few hundred kilograms per arm up to several tonnes per column line, enabling safe storage of very long and heavy bundles.

Key benefits
Recovers up to 80–90% of floor space by using vertical height instead of spreading racking across the warehouse.
Increases picking speed and accuracy by guiding operators to the right item and reducing walking and search time.
Enhances safety and security with enclosed storage, controlled access and ergonomic, waist-height picking.
Capacity and dimensions
Load capacity per tray: typically 250–750 kg per tray, depending on model and tray width.
Total machine capacity: often in the range of 30,000–90,000 kg per unit, depending on height and number of trays.
System height: usually from 3 m up to 16–18 m to utilise full building height.
Tray widths: multiple widths (e.g. 1.3 m to 4.1 m) and depths to suit cartons, totes and bulky itemsPerformancePicking speed: automated delivery of trays to the access opening, typically supporting 100–400 lines per hour with one operator, depending on configuration.Travel speed: vertical lifting speeds commonly in the range of 0.5–1.0 m/s (varies by brand and load).Positioning accuracy: automatic positioning of trays at the access opening for precise, repeatable picking.
