Usually, accumulator, mains powered and generator are chosen as power source. The current is supplied to pulling motor through electric control system, which makes the car start, stop, move forward, move backward, turn around and realize other functions. All the cars are equipped with warning alarm and security detection apparatus, and the alarm would ring and the car would stop immediately if there was any obstacle or pedestrian in the running path of the car. Also, we will provide intelligent automatic rapid charger with the car. Positioning fixture, lift platform and other assistive device are optional to meet different demands on various occasions. The PLC is also alternative if it’s necessary.

The BXC series transfer car is powered by battery. The battery is installed inside the car.The current is supplied to pulling motor through electric control system, which makes the car start, stop, move forward, move backward, turn around, change speed, etc. The BXC series transfer car is able to run between two perpendicular tracks and the car is also could run on L-form track or S- form track or curved track. The BXC transfer car is available in inflammable and explosive environment or used as ferry car. Also, we will supply various typed hydraulic elevating platform if you need.The start-up of DC motors installed in the car is smooth with high torque and low voltage, so the impact force to reducer is much weaker. In the same time, the service life of the motors is much longer than usual type. The BXC series transfer car is suitable for all kinds of transport occasion since its travel distance is unlimited and low requirement to the track. But the battery needs regular maintenance. And the using time is limited depending on the battery capacity.

 They can tow up to one ton and can be equipped with different towing equipment to suit your individual trolley system. The QDD10 is equipped with a 24V/50Ah long-lasting lead-acid battery while the QDD10L is equipped with a 24V/20Ah Li-Ion battery with opportunity charging, both can meet your daily usage. With the compact design, these two trucks were designed for narrow aisles in warehouses or production. The QDD10 and QDD10L tow tractors can climb slopes up to 3%. With 250mm diameter pneumatic tyres, the QDD10 and QDD10L are ready for a variety of operations. It does not matter if you are using the tow tractor on flat ground in the warehouse, or on uneven floors or outdoors, the QDD10 and QDD10L towing tractors will safely bring your trolleys to their destination.
